LIPSMetric(TM) ST115 Dimension Measurement Solution

Simple operation of 'measuring by placing'! Supports speeding up cargo measurement, reducing manpower, and improving data management efficiency.

The "LIPSMetric(TM) ST115" is an all-in-one fixed measurement device that utilizes 3D depth sensing technology to automatically measure the length, width, and height of packages quickly and accurately. The measurement speed is less than 0.1 seconds, and the measurement accuracy is ±1cm for cubic objects and ±1.5cm for non-cubic objects. It contributes to the efficiency of measuring small to medium-sized packages, reducing measurement time and input errors associated with manual processes. It supports not only cubic but also non-cubic objects, with an AI algorithm that automatically recognizes the object and calculates its dimensions. The measurement range is from 5×5×5cm to 100×55×40cm, making it useful for cargo measurement in various settings such as logistics, warehouses, postal services, and retail. 【Features】 ■ Capable of measuring in low-light or unlit environments ■ Can measure the height of three-dimensional and non-three-dimensional objects ■ Capable of measuring plastic racks, metal, and glossy surfaces ■ Automatically outlines the dimensions of objects using AI algorithms ■ Supports very flat objects (1–5cm), rounded objects, and long objects (up to 120cm) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
